Frequently asked questions
What does an apprentice through AzubiWay cost?
€2,500 plus VAT per apprentice, due with your offer and the same for every occupation. If the position cannot be filled for reasons beyond your control, AzubiWay refunds the full amount. Fees of authorities and the embassy are paid directly to them.
How long does it take until the training starts?
About eight months from the training contract. Processing the visa alone takes around three months in Vietnam, according to the embassy.
How good is the applicants' German?
At least B1, confirmed by the language school. AzubiWay checks the certificate before the visa application.
What happens if the visa is refused?
If the position does not come about because of it, AzubiWay refunds the €2,500. Checked documents are kept in case you want to try again with a new application.
Who takes care of housing?
You and your apprentice. If you provide housing free of charge, it counts towards the required living costs.
How much work is it for me?
You sign the contract, have it registered, apply for the employment agency's pre-approval and send the originals. The case tells you which documents are needed and when.
