Accessibility statement

pivot recruiting GmbH wants everyone to be able to use the AzubiWay website and platform, whatever their impairments. This statement describes how far we have got and where gaps remain.

Scope

This statement applies to the public AzubiWay website and to the web interface of the platform for training companies and language schools.

Conformance status

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549. In our own assessment the services are partially conformant with these requirements. The exceptions are listed under “Content that is not accessible”.

What we have done

  • All links, buttons and forms can be operated with a keyboard.
  • The keyboard focus is visible.
  • Pages are structured with headings, and images have text alternatives.
  • Form fields are labelled, and error messages appear next to the field.
  • Motion and animation are reduced when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • The platform comes in a light and a dark design.
  • Content is available in German, English and Vietnamese.

Content that is not accessible

The following content is currently not, or only partly, accessible:

  • Documents uploaded by users, such as school certificates, language certificates or scanned contracts, are usually not accessible. We have no influence on how they are made.
  • Machine translations in the chat can be inaccurate. The original message is always available.
  • Some graphics and charts are described only by their text alternative and are not available as a table.

We are working on removing these limitations.

Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 1 November 2026, based on a self-assessment by pivot recruiting GmbH. We review it regularly and whenever the website or the platform changes substantially.
