Right of withdrawal

Withdrawal instructions and the model withdrawal form for apprentices, with online withdrawal without signing in.

Withdraw from your contract online

You can withdraw from your contract electronically here without signing in. The first step opens the form; your declaration is only submitted when you select “Confirm withdrawal” in the second step. You do not have to give a reason.

Who does this apply to?

These instructions apply to apprentices who use AzubiWay as consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession (Section 13 German Civil Code). Training companies and language schools use AzubiWay as businesses; they have no statutory right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal instructions

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded, that is, from when you created your account.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (pivot recruiting GmbH, Straße der Hoffnung 7, 64832 Babenhausen, Germany, phone +49 6106 6671355, email info@pivot-recruiting.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement, for example by letter or email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the period has expired.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at azubiway.de/en/withdrawal (button “Withdraw from contract”). If you use this online function, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, with the content of your declaration and the date and time it was received.

Effects of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days. As AzubiWay is free of charge for you, you will not receive any payments back from us. With the withdrawal, your use ends and we delete your account, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

Withdrawal concerns the conclusion of the contract within the statutory withdrawal period. To end your contract for the future later on, please use the online cancellation.
