About usBuilt by recruiters who have been through the process themselves.

AzubiWay brings training companies in Germany together with prepared apprentices from abroad. Behind it are David Neu and Marc Trojan. They first guided this path themselves, case by case.

  • pivot recruiting GmbH

A recruiting company since 2023. AzubiWay is one of its brands.

  • Working with Vietnam since 2024

Apprentices guided in person, in the skilled trades among others.

  • Our own software

AzubiWay is built from real cases.

Story

How AzubiWay began

Born from our own work: recruiting first, then the first apprentices from Vietnam, then the software for it.

  1. 2023

    A joint recruiting company

David Neu and Marc Trojan found pivot recruiting GmbH. For their work they build their own software, which runs vacancies, campaigns and applications in one system.

  2. 2024

    Recruiting for large corporations

The two fill positions for large, well-known German corporations across the DACH region.

  3. 2024

    The first apprentices from Vietnam

The two guide apprentices from Vietnam into German companies, case by case and by hand. Along the way they see what makes it fail: rarely a lack of will, mostly deadlines, missing documents and being alone after arrival.

  4. Today

    AzubiWay

That became AzubiWay, the software they would have wanted for it themselves. Company, language school and apprentice work in one shared case: every deadline is visible, every task has an owner.

Founders

Who is behind AzubiWay

David Neu and Marc Trojan founded pivot recruiting GmbH in 2023. Today they fill positions for companies across Germany, from mid-sized firms to large groups.

  • David Neu

    Strategy and sales

Self-employed in social media since 2022, after working in a large corporation. He knows the problems of marketing and of large corporations from the inside.

  • Marc Trojan

    Technology and product

Self-employed in web development since 2020, with many projects for large car manufacturers. Before pivot, he already worked in recruiting.

Training in Germany should be a safe path for young people from Vietnam. For companies, it should be a reliable answer to empty apprenticeship places.

What we stand for

In Germany, tens of thousands of apprenticeship places stay empty every year: in September 2026, the Federal Employment Agency still counted 48,000 unfilled places. In countries like Vietnam, young people spend months learning German to fill exactly these places. Between the two lies a procedure involving the chamber, the employment agency, the embassy and the immigration office that hardly any company can manage on the side. AzubiWay makes this path predictable, transparent and fair for everyone involved.

  • Fair

Companies pay for the placement. AzubiWay charges apprentices nothing.

  • Predictable

Every deadline is planned backwards from the training start.

  • Supported

For the first six months in Germany there is a dedicated contact person who speaks Vietnamese.

  • Secure

The data is kept in Frankfurt am Main. The documents never leave Europe.

We measure success by who is still there after six months, not by arrivals.
